This is a unique opportunity to retrain into Court of Protection for someone with a demonstrable interest in this area of law and a passion for assisting vulnerable people. You will join a highly regarded, busy Court of Protection team and will receive full training and support.

You will be involved in dealing with deputyship applications, wills, LPAs, benefits matters, and property issues. The ideal candidate
  • NQ Solicitor
  • A background in a closely aligned area of law, such as clinical negligence or catastrophic personal injury, is very much preferred, albeit anyone who can demonstrate the requisite understanding of issues surrounding capacity and the handling of vulnerable clients will be considered
  • A good academic record
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in Court of Protection work
  • Excellent communication skills and client care
  • Empathetic
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
