We’re looking for someone eligible for the Kickstart Scheme (aged 16-24, receiving Universal Credit) with strong organisation and administrative skills to work closely with the business’ Office Manager and Managing Directorwhilst also supporting the team as a whole. 

PA & Administrator (Kickstart Scheme) – Altrincham  

Your job will involve the following responsibilities: 

  • Typing and formatting of CVs 

  • Replying to job applications  

  • Keeping the data on our database nice and tidy 

  • Booking events for team members  

  • Collating and filing Director’s expenses  

  • Stationery orders  

  • Market research 

  • Miscellaneous errands & business administration   

This is initially a part-time, 25 hours per week role, with the possibly of that increasing in line with business neeeds.

A bit about you

  • Competent written English language skills (GCSE C or better)

  • Experience of using Microsoft Word 

  • Preferably experience of using Microsoft Outlook and Excel too
