We’re looking for someone eligible for the Kickstart Scheme (aged 16-24, receiving Universal Credit) with strong organisation and administrative skills to work closely with the business’ Office Manager and Managing Director, whilst also supporting the team as a whole.
PA & Administrator (Kickstart Scheme) – Altrincham
Your job will involve the following responsibilities:

Typing and formatting of CVs

Replying to job applications

Keeping the data on our database nice and tidy

Booking events for team members

Collating and filing Director’s expenses
This is initially a part-time, 25 hours per week role, with the possibly of that increasing in line with business neeeds.
Put simply, we recruit lawyers for law firms. We’re not just a recruitment business though.
