An award-winning personal injury boutique based in Greater Manchester is looking for a Claims Handler to join its growing team.  

This is a role with significant social impact, as you will be responsible for taking new enquiries over the phone about potential personal injury claims and being the key point of liaison between the client and legal team. You will also be responsible for opening files and maintaining detailed notes, playing a vital role in helping the client gain access to justice.  

The ideal candidate would have existing experience of working in a similar role within a law firm. You must have an empathetic manner, strong customer service skills and confidence in handling conversations over the telephone. 

The firm is incredibly family-friendly, so you’ll be able to work from home for part of your week, alongside working flexitime hours. The firm encourages a fantastic work/life balance and you’ll also be able to take back any time you do spend working outside of contracted hours in lieu as annual leave.
