The is a rare opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer/Fee Earner with at least two years’ experience to join an established full-service law firm on a largely remote basis, working from home up to four days per week.

The firm welcomes applications from qualified solicitors, legal executives and other fee-earning professionals alike.

The role has come to market due to organic expansion, evidencing the direction of growth for the team and confidence of the firm in expanding its services in personal injury.

In addition to a market-leading homeworking policy, you will also have access to flexitime, supporting your personal commitments and any caregiving responsibilities you may have, as well as shortening your commute on the day you are in office.

You will be responsible for running a caseload of claimant fast-track EL/PL claims from inception to settlement, which will include a high proportion of litigated matters. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your caseload into handling more complex work and/or step up into a leadership role – so the role also comes with bags of progression potential.

The role comes with a full benefits package, including life insurance, private medical and dental, free on-site parking and an attractive bonus scheme.
