A national award-winning firm is looking to take on a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their top tier Legal 500 team in Liverpool as manager. 

This is a key senior management role within the branch, providing overall leadership, motivation and management to a designated Unit.

Personal Injury Manager – Liverpool 

The company & role 

  • A Legal 500, chambers ranked multi-service firm with a great history with offices across the country 

  • In this role you will also have a personal case holding of appropriate cases, these being cases of some complexity and/or those requiring high levels of client care. 

  • This role also supports the BM in managing the office and wider branch, as required. Responsible for ensuring optimum performance so that the unit achieves the required operational, financial and client service standards and fully contributes to overall branch performance. 

  • The firm has a number of professional accreditations and was recommended in both the Legal 500 and Chambers

  • Commutable from Liverpool, Runcorn, The Wirral and Chester

The ideal candidate 

  • A Personal Injury Solicitor, Fee-earner or Legal Executive with 8+ years’ PQE 

  • Will have management and leadership experience, including performance management of staff/resources/cases, within a team structure 

  • Will have an understanding of the work undertaken in the unit, sources of the work, client requirements, financial and resource implications of the work, and the KPIs which apply to the work. 

  • Will be empathetic with exceptional client care and communication skills 

  • Will be very well-organised and have meticulous attention to detail
