A multi service highly accredited law firm are looking to take on two Private Client Solicitors to join their team in Hertford.
In this role, you’ll work as part of a supportive and friendly team and handle a broad range of interesting private client matters.

Private Client Solicitor – Hertford

The firm are accredited by Resolution (Solicitors Family Law Association), Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Law Society Family Panel and Advanced Family Panel, Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) among other accreditations

In this role you will be taking instructions and preparation of basic to the more complex Wills involving trusts, LPAs and general POAs, Living Wills / Advance Directives.

The workload will involve some Probate and administration of estates, from the basic (below IHT threshold) to some more valuable / taxable estates involving IHT400’s and relevant schedules, claiming appropriate reliefs. This work would feature to a lesser extent than their Pre-Death work though.

A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with NQ-4 years PQE

STEP membership desirable, or in the process of acquiring the qualification or be keen to work towards this, although not essential to the role.
