Private Family Fee Earner 5+ PQE – Three days from home
Our client is looking for a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its friendly matrimonial team based in Birkenhead, the Wirral.
The firm has six offices across the Liverpool region – including this office in Birkenhead – and is growing sustainably, having hit £5 million turnover in 2022. The firm won an award for Liverpool’s Best Law Firm in 2022.
In the role, you’ll be providing legal advice on an interesting variety of family law matters, including divorce, finances and private law children, to the local community in the Wirral and surrounds.
As you’ll be dealing with Ancillary Relief matters, the right candidate will be an experienced advocate. You’ll also have experience of dealing with Legal Aid matters, ideally using the Legal Aid Agency’s CCMS. Resolution Accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in BD for the firm and attend professional conferences and networking events, if you wish to.
The firm has embraced hybrid working and you’ll be able to work flexibly and from home three days per week, spending the rest of the week at the firm’s Wirral office.
If you’re looking for a family solicitor or legal executive position in the Wirral, get in touch.
