Private Wealth Disputes Principal Associate

Our client, a full-service national law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least eight years PQE to join its Tier 1 Legal 500 private wealth disputes team.

Not only does this role come with a fantastic salary, but you’ll be able to work from home for half of the week. Because you’ll be working as part of a national team, the location of this role is flexible; you’ll be based at the firm’s office in either Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.

The right candidate will be an experienced private client lawyer who currently works at or who has previously worked at a Legal 500 firm. You’ll also have strong business development skills and experience supervising or managing more junior colleagues.

You’ll join a team led by a Legal 500 leading individual and a Legal 500 Next Generation Partner. When you’re in the office, you’ll also work closely alongside talented lawyers from other departments, so you’ll have lots of opportunities to cross refer work.

You’ll deal with a wide range of contentious trusts, estates and wills cases on behalf of clients including businesses, high-worth-individual, charities and trusts charities. You’ll also be expected to get involved in business development and marketing to support the growth of the team.
