An independent insurance and financial services specialist law firm based in South Manchester is looking for a litigation solicitor with at least five years’ PQE and High Court experience to specialise in heavyweight professional negligence cases.

You will join the team as an Associate/senior team member, so this could be a great step-up for someone looking for a promotion and a move onto the next rung of the career ladder.

The role would suit someone looking for fast-track progression, as you’ll be able to hone your experience working within a close-knit, expanding team with a growing national reputation as a frontrunner in professional negligence claims.

You will work directly with the Managing Partner of the firm and benefit from fantastic exposure, both internally and externally in the market.

In the role, you will manage a caseload of heavyweight, High Court professional negligence cases against solicitors, brokers, financial advisors and tax advisors, dealing with insurance repudiation claims and complex, multi-party matters worth £100k+.
