We have a standout opportunity for a property litigation solicitor with 5+ PQE to join a Legal 500 in Manchester and move quickly into a head of team role without the need for a following.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a supported step up into a partnership/leadership role, managing a small team of solicitors. This role would therefore suit an experienced property litigator at Associate or Senior Associate level, who is looking for fast progression. 

In addition to this, you’ll earn a very competitive salary, be able to work from home two days a week and benefit from the firm’s attractive bonus scheme. 

There is significant scope to grow the team and make it your own, as there is a ready and growing caseload of referred matters from the firm’s sizeable commercial property team. This is why this role represents an unrivalled opportunity to join the partnership with no need for a following.  

You’ll manage a mixed caseload of property litigation matters, including matters relating to commercial property and mixed-use schemes, landlord and tenant disputes, service charge disputes, dilapidations claims, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, insolvencies, breach of contract, professional negligence, possession claims, trespass, party wall disputes, overage and coverage disputes, and repossessions. You’ll act for a national client base made up primarily of property developers.
