A top 45 law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Legal 500 and Chambers recognised team in Liverpool. In this role, you’ll join a fast-growing national property litigation team and deal with a varied caseload of matters.

Property Litigation Solicitor - Liverpool

  • In this role you will manage your own caseload of mixed property litigation work including defendant housing disrepair work 

  • Caseload may include commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions etc.  

  • Caseload may also include residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, disrepair etc. for both housing association and other residential landlords Assist other case handlers with their caseloads 

  • The team has doubled in size over the last 5 years and continues to do so and you will be asked to support and develop more junior members of the team while assisting with business development and profile-raising initiatives including networking events

  • Commutable from Liverpool, Chester, The Wirral, Southport and Warrington

The ideal candidate 

  • A motivated Property Litigation Solicitor with 0-2 years’ PQE 

  • Must have property litigation experience 

  • Will have excellent communication skills 

  • Will have very good time management and organisation skills 

  • Will be able to multi-task and work to strict deadlines and targets
