Property Litigation Solicitor – Three days from home – Fast-track progression – Market leading firm
- Fast-track progression as part of a high-growth team
- Three days working from home
- Market leading Yorkshire firm
A full-service, leading Yorkshire law firm is recruiting for a Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its high-growth, market leading team in Leeds.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress here, as the specialist property litigation team is sizeable (six lawyers, as part of a wider team of 20 litigators) with a clear progression framework, and robust track record and growth strategy.
The firm truly believes in recognising and rewarding performance and, to demonstrate this, has recently promoted a dozen team members and welcomed several existing partners to its senior board at equity level.
The property litigation team has been successful in attracting very high-calibre lawyers in recent years, so you’ll work alongside nationally renowned experts as you continue to develop your expertise and commercial skillset.
You’ll be able to work from home three days per week, which is above market-average in terms of flexibility, spending the rest of your week at the firm’s high-spec offices in central Leeds.
In the role, you’ll advise on a wide range of high-value, complex property dispute matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, service charge disputes, site clearance for development, as well as general property management and technical/strategic property advice for a client base of high-profile businesses across the country.
