An award-winning and highly reputed firm is looking for a Real Estate Disputes Associate Solicitor with 1-5 PQE to join their top-tier team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion and expertise in property litigation.

In this role, you’ll be dealing with a wide range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, recovery of arrears, service charge disputes, and advising on matters relating to the purchase and sale of development land. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to business development within the Group.

You’ll need 1-5 years’ PQE, with strong experience in real estate disputes. Excellent commercial acumen, accountability for your personal development, and strong interpersonal skills are also crucial for this role.
