You’ll focus on reviewing, updating, and standardising precedents and templates for wills, trusts, tax, and estate planning, ensuring the wider team has access to best-in-class resources. Working closely with the National Head of Private Client, you’ll have a direct impact on the team’s success while enjoying top-of-market flexibility and remuneration.

Who we’re looking for

• 8+ PQE in private client law, with experience in wills, trusts, tax, and estate planning
• STEP qualified is essential
• Strong research, drafting, and legal document preparation experience
• Experience creating or managing precedents and legal resources is highly desirable
• Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ideal for someone seeking to move away from fee earning or looking for a flexible role later in their career

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £75,000 depending on experience
