With the support of a wider and experienced residential team, you will handle your own manageable caseload of conveyancing files. This is a great opportunity to learn from more senior colleagues and be part of a friendly and close-knit team.
Residential Conveyancer - Bolton
A family-friendly multi-service firm with strong regional roots and offices across Lancashire
Working as part of the firm’s accredited conveyancing team, you will run a varied caseload from instruction through to completion involving the sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold and new build properties
The firm are committed to traditional areas of private client work but also have a growing commercial offering
They are accredited by both Lexcel and Investors in People
Added extras and benefits
A Residential Conveyancer with at least 12 months' experience running their own caseload
Will have experience of dealing with files involving both freehold and leasehold properties
May have experience of handling files involving right-to-buy and shared ownership
Will have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional client care skills
Will be self-motivated, reliable and have good attention to detail
Someone with excellent organisation and time management skills
