As a member of their busy conveyancing department, you’ll benefit from their strong referral programme and run your own caseload of matters. You’ll be part of a down-to-earth and friendly team and be able to work from home as well as in the office.
The firm have significant plans for expansion in 2021 across residential and commercial property, litigation and family law so this is a very exciting time to join them.
Residential Conveyancer - Bury
A family-run multi-service practice with offices across North Manchester
In this role you’ll be responsible for handling a caseload of around 70 files, from initial instruction through to completion,
You will deal with the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, as well as remortgages and transfers of equity

A Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ file handling experience
Must be able to proactively handle files from instruction to completion
Will have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional client care skills
Will be self-motivated, reliable and have good attention to detail
Someone with excellent organisation and time management skills
