A leading Merseyside law firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team.
In this role, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters and benefit from the firm’s strong regional referral networking.
You will also enjoy a generous bonus structure and will have full administrative support.
Residential Conveyancer - Merseyside
Working as part of a technically strong property team, you’ll run a varied residential caseload involving the sales and purchases of new build and shared ownership properties
You'll have full support from a dedicated residential support team who will assist you from instruction through to post-completion
You will primarily work from the firm’s St Helens office, but will be occasionally be required to travel to their second office in Prescot
Commutable from St Helens, Liverpool, Warrington, Southport and Wigan
