You will join the firm’s experienced property team and be entrusted with your own mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files.

Residential Conveyancer - Macclesfield
A well-established but forward-thinking practice with several offices across Cheshire and High Peak.
You will handle a manageable residential caseload with exceptional legal support.
The firm support the development of their employees and provide plenty of learning and development opportunities
They are accredited by both Lexcel and Investors in People
Commutable from Altrincham, Macclesfield, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent and Buxton
Added extras and benefits
A Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience
Will have experience progressing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion across sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold.
Will have experience in using proclaim would be an advantage.
Will be an excellent communicator and provide an exceptional level of client care
Will be self-motivated, reliable and have good attention to detail
Will be very well-organised and have good time management skills
