Residential Conveyancer 3+ PQE – CILEX welcome – Great culture

Our client, a regional multi-site firm with a fantastic reputation in Shropshire, is looking for a residential conveyancer (either qualified solicitor or CILEX) with at least three years’ experience to join their friendly and down-to-earth team.

In the role, you will manage a mixed caseload of around 100 files, consisting of sales and purchases, new build purchases, unregistered conveyancing, remortgages and Equity Release products, shared ownerships and Help to Buy schemes, and transfers of equity.
