An established commercial firm in Warrington are looking to expand with an experienced Residential Conveyancer. As part of their close-knit local team, you will handle a varied caseload of residential matters from instruction through to post-completion with the assistance of a residential paralegal.

The ideal candidate 

  • A qualified residential conveyancer- Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor     

  • residential conveyancer comfortable running their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters and who is committed to delivering a quality service and excellent client care 

  • A personable and confident communicator 

  • Experience supporting and mentoring junior members of the team welcomed, but not essential
