Residential Conveyancer – Fully remote – Strong pipeline of work
Our client, a multi-service regional firm with a nationwide client base, is looking for a non-qualified residential conveyancer to join its successful property team.
The firm is based in Merseyside, but you will be able to work from home full-time if you wish to.
You will be managing a mixed caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
The team has a strong pipeline of existing work and a steady stream of inbound enquiries via its marketing activity and well-established referrer base.
As a member of the firm’s established property team, you’ll benefit from a strong admin/ post-completion support, a down-to-earth working culture, and training and development to help you reach your full potential.
The firm has multiple accreditations including Investors in People and Lexcel, and has been recognised in the Legal 500.
