In this senior-level Residential Conveyancer role you will take responsibility for a full and varied caseload of residential property matters. You will join a residential property conveyancing department that has been a particular success story in recent years, achieving consistent year on year growth. Whilst not a ‘factory’ environment, you will still benefit from the department’s exceptional infrastructure and systems. You will be expected to supervise junior team members and take responsibility for the more complex and high value matters.

The particulars
Ideal candidate criteria:
  • Solicitor / Legal Executive (ILEX) / Licensed Conveyancer
  • 3+ years’ PQE / experience of running own caseload
  • Capable of dealing with following:
    • Sales and purchases
    • Transfers of equity
    • Freehold and leasehold
    • Registered and unregistered land (preferable)
  • Supervisory experience preferable
