Residential Conveyancer – Hybrid working – CILEX welcome
This is an exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancer with at least five years’ qualified or non-qualified experience to join a friendly, full-service firm based in the heart of beautiful Chester.
As well as enjoying highly competitive pay, you’ll also gain access to an extremely attractive bonus scheme that will see you earning an additional 20% on top of your salary when you hit target. You’ll also be able to work from home for part of your week.
The firm has a high-net-worth (HNW) client base, and a significant proportion of its work comes from London. There is a solid pipeline of work and a ready caseload for you to get started on immediately, generated by its word-of-mouth reputation and a steady flow of cross-referrals from other departments.
The firm has a collaborative and supportive culture that values its team as individuals. It therefore enjoys an extremely high employee retention rate, retaining all its team members in 2022.
You will handle a varied caseload of residential matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, new build purchases and transfers of equity.
