Residential Conveyancer – Hybrid working – Strong pipeline of work

Our client, an established, multi-site regional law firm, is looking for a residential conveyancer (either qualified or non-qualified) to join its successful residential property team. 

The firm is based in South Manchester (close to the M60), but as the firm has embraced hybrid working you will also be able to work from home two days per week.  

You will be managing a mixed caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. 

The team has a strong pipeline of existing work and a steady stream of inbound enquiries via its marketing activity and well-established referrer base.  

The residential property team also enjoys a significant flow of work from its sizeable family law and wills and probate teams, giving you a safe and secure future.
