Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner 2+ PQE – Hybrid working – CILEX welcome

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified residential property solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least two years’ experience to join a friendly residential conveyancing team within a full-service firm with offices across North Wales and Cheshire.

You will handle a varied caseload of residential matters and handle around 60 files, where the average house price is £250k.  

You’ll get plenty of support on your files, as there is a sizeable team of paralegals and secretaries within the department.  

The firm has a significant market share in the county and a solid pipeline of work, with a positive business outlook.
