Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner 5+ PQE – Above market rate pay – Positive outlook –CILEX welcome
Our client, a well-regarded law practice based in Widnes, Cheshire, is looking for a residential conveyancing fee earner (either qualified solicitor or CILEX) with at least five years’ experience to join its growing team.
In addition to an above market rate salary, you will enjoy reasonable billing targets and an exceptional culture that promotes a great work/life balance.
In the role, you’ll handle a mixed caseload of around 80 residential matters for a client base from the local community in Widnes and surrounds – the average house price on matters is £300k. The firm has a significant pipeline of residential property matters and there is a ready caseload for you to step into.
There’s a real family-feel culture at this firm, with plenty of socials and charity events to get involved with.
The role comes with an enhanced holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown (with no need to reserve holidays). There’s also free parking, making it easily commutable from Liverpool, Runcorn, Warrington, Northwich, Ellesmere Port, St Helens and the surrounding areas.
