A well-established, family-run practice is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join them at their office in Wilmslow.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll work closely alongside a residential conveyancer, providing administrative support.

You’ll assist colleagues with tasks including audio typing, taking telephone calls, managing files and dealing with messages from clients
Commutable from Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Altrincham, Stockport and Cheadle

The ideal candidate
A Legal Secretary with experience working alongside a residential conveyancer
Will be familiar with SDLT and the Land Registry
Will have a good telephone manner and be confident taking incoming calls and messages from clients
Will be well organised and have good time management skills
Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service
May have experience using a case management system, although this is not essential
