Working as part of the firm’s accredited conveyancing team, you will run a varied caseload from instruction through to completion involving the sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold and new build properties

A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 12 months' experience running their own caseload

Will have experience of dealing with files involving both freehold and leasehold properties

May have experience of handling files involving right-to-buy and shared ownership

Will have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional client care skills

Will be self-motivated, reliable and have good attention to detail

Someone with excellent organisation and time management skills
