Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 5+ PQE – Great salary – Three days from home – Bonus scheme
Our client, a full-service law firm, is looking for a residential property solicitor with at least five years’ experience to join its successful and friendly team based in Sandbach, Cheshire.
This is an unusual opportunity for a residential solicitor to be given fantastic flexibility over their week, as the firm is happy for you to work up to three days from home per week. You’ll also receive a performance bonus on top of your salary.
The firm has an exceptional culture and a family feel, as well as a long-standing reputation for quality work within the market and a strong, stable pipeline of work.
In the role, you’ll be providing legal advice on a variety of residential matters for clients across Cheshire, from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to new builds and remortgages.
The standard of work is high, with the average house price of a file standing at £350,000.
The firm has ten busy offices across the North West and has recently undertaken an exciting rebrand to herald its next phase of growth.
This role is easily commutable from Runcorn, Northwich, Sandbach, Frodsham, Warrington, Liverpool, Chester, Ellesmere Port and surrounds.
