We are delighted to bring to the market this exclusive role for a highly respected full-service, independent law firm based in South Manchester, who is looking for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join its friendly, down-to-earth team.  

The firm is offering an above-market salary and the ability to work three days per week from home – which is pretty much unheard of in the conveyancing market!   

Even better, you won’t have any billing targets to work towards, as the firm did away with this financial structure some years ago in favour of concentrating on delivering a first-class service to its client base of HNW individuals from the South Manchester area.  

You will handle a very reasonable caseload of approximately 55 files and have the opportunity, if you wish, to assist the head of team with business development and building referrer relationships with estate agents and financial advisors in the local area.
