A highly respected national law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor.
As a key member of the firm’s dispute resolution team, you will handle your own contentious probate caseload, whilst working closely with the firm's wills and probate department.
In this role, you will be able to work at home for the majority of the time but will sometimes be expected to travel into the office.

Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor - Liverpool / Remote
You will run a varied caseload which may include advising on disputes concerning trusts or estates, advising on disputes concerning the validity of wills and Court of Protection matters
As a result of the firm’s investment in digital marketing and cross-referrals from other departments (including the private client team), you will enjoy a steady stream of good-quality work
Commutable from Liverpool, The Wirral, Southport, Warrington and Chester

Ideally, you will be ACTAPS qualified or happy to work towards qualification
