Senior Court of Protection Solicitor 4+ PQE – Promotion opportunity – Hybrid working – Bonus scheme
Our client, a national specialist clinical negligence boutique, is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least four years of experience to join their team in Leeds as a Senior solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career, as you’ll be the first on the ground, building out a team of Court of Protection specialists within the firm.
You’ll go straight into a leadership role, helping to lead the firm’s Private Client Department and forging the direction of the team.
You’ll be providing Deputyship and Trustee support to clients who have personal injury or clinical negligence claims, which involve the management of substantial compensation awards. You will be running your own small caseload of Deputyship and Trustee matters, both pre- and post- settlement of the PI claim, whilst supervising a small team of fee earners and providing technical support to the team.
The firm offer highly competitive pay and bonuses, with team members achieving an additional bonus of up to 12% based on performance. This is helpfully paid out in instalments throughout the year to give team members an extra helping hand for Christmas and their summer hols.
You’ll also be able to work flexibly and from home for part of your week. When you are in the office, you’ll enjoy a high-spec environment with all the mod cons you would expect in a national city centre law office.
This firm is on a positive trajectory and growing sustainably. We can see further evidence of its confidence and commitment to growth in its recent acquisition activity.
The team deals with the full range of personal injury and clinical negligence work, from fast-track matters through to multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims. As a result of the firm’s significant investment in marketing and their successful clinical negligence brand, the firm generates its own cases on a mass scale, so there is a continuous flow of high-quality, sustainable work.
Don’t miss your chance to join one of the North West’s largest and best-known clinical negligence law firms in this unique role, during an extremely exciting period of growth and business confidence.
