A leading national firm in Liverpool are looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor. Working as part of the firm's Private Client and Court of Protection team, you'll handle a steady stream of Court of Protection work, much of which is referred from other internal departments.

In this role, you will manage a diverse and interesting Court of Protection caseload involving deputyship applications, wills, LPAs, benefits matters and property issues
You will have excellent opportunities for learning and development and there will be the chance to progress to Partner later down the line if desired
