Senior Family Lawyer 5+ PQE – Progression opportunity – Hybrid working – CILEX welcome

Our client, a full-service, regional heavyweight in Yorkshire, is looking for a Family Lawyer with at least five years’ experience to join its matrimonial team as a Senior Solicitor.   

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll get the chance to step up into a senior position within a growing team. 

Our client has successfully expanded across Yorkshire and, due to growth, is looking to recruit a Senior Family Lawyer to join its sizeable team in Huddersfield. The firm welcomes applications from qualified solicitors and CILEX alike. 

You’ll manage a mixed caseload of private family matters, including divorce, finance, children, and pre-and post-nuptial agreements, with an emphasis on finances. The right candidate will have experience of managing cases in each of these areas, plus advocacy experience. 

The firm has embraced hybrid working and you’ll be able to work from home for part of your week, spending the rest of the week at the firm’s office in Huddersfield. You’ll also be able to take advantage of the firm’s flexitime policy.  

You’ll get plenty of support in this role, as the team employs several junior fee earners, paralegals, trainees and secretaries – giving a rare but highly attractive support ratio of 1:1.
