This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled private client solicitor to step into a senior fee-earning role in a well-established, thriving firm.
Following the retirement of a key team member, the firm is looking for an experienced solicitor with strong technical ability across all areas of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and estate administration (including farming and high-net-worth estates).
This is a versatile role—it can be purely fee-earning or involve mentoring, team leadership, or even line management, depending on your experience and career goals. The team operates collaboratively, ensuring work is spread fairly to maintain a healthy work-life balance while continuing to deliver outstanding client service.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor with:
- Essential: Strong technical expertise across all areas of private client law.
- Essential: A team-oriented, collaborative approach—no lone wolves!
- Desirable: STEP qualification (or working towards it).
- Desirable: Line management or mentoring experience (but not essential).
- Desirable: A following is always preferred but not essential, given restrictive covenants.
