A well-established, multi-service law firm in Blackburn are looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer.
You will run a varied caseload of files and, as one of the more experienced members of the firm’s accredited team, will act as a point of technical expertise for junior conveyancers.

A family-friendly, multi-service practice
Working as part of a busy conveyancing department, you will handle a diverse caseload of around 70 active files and mentor and manage junior colleagues
You will have full administrative support to help you progress files in a timely manner
Commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Chorley, Burnley, Blackpool and Bolton

A Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience
Will have experience working within conveyancing and commercial property
Will be well versed in handling the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, help-to-buy and right-to-buy as well as the remortgaging process
Will have an excellent telephone manner and provide a high level of client care
