The role will involve but is not limited to; research using internal resources, assisting Multi-Track Solicitors on their caseload, working to court deadlines, assisting with file organisation, drafting letters, drafting Court documents and other documents such as witness statements (covering liability and quantum) and Schedules of Loss, liaising with Counsel and Medical experts, reviewing medical records and drafting Chronology
They foster a supportive working environment and actively encourage their lawyers to develop their skills
Commutable from Manchester, Altrincham, Salford, Sale and Stockport

The ideal candidate
A Serious Injury Paralegal with 1+ years multi-track experience
Must have experience of assisting on multi-track claims
Will have the ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritise and manage a caseload and deliver effective solutions
A great communicator with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
