Wills and Probate Solicitor – Employee-owned – Tax-free profit share – Hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for a wills and probate solicitor with at least three years’ PQE to join a growing and forward-thinking regional firm based in Chester.
The firm is one of only a small handful of law firms in the UK to be 100% employee-owned. Team members are valued and rewarded equally and earn a tax-free profit share on top of their annual salary (without having to invest any of their own capital).
What does this mean in real terms? Well, the team at this firm have just received a significant tax-free payment and are likely to receive another early in 2023.
You’ll also be able to work two days from home, as well as receive a very generous 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, health scheme and, importantly, a say in what happens in the business.
Indeed, this modern ownership model brings with it a positive and collegiate culture, where employee representation is present on the board. If you are frustrated at having little or no voice within your current firm, here’s a very real chance to change that.
The result is that this firm is somewhere people are happy to come to work every day and where engaged, talented professionals move forward with their careers.
