Court of Protection Solicitor

  • 2-4 PQE
  • Hybrid working
  • Fast-growing firm, founded by national, high-profile lawyer

We are excited to bring to market this opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor with around 2-4 PQE to join the new Manchester team of an established national Court of Protection outfit, unlocking an unrivalled career path.

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy hybrid working and a clear path to the top.

The team was founded by a high-profile Court of Protection lawyer from a national firm and has gone from strength to strength, quickly becoming one of the most exciting names in the field. It is ready to take the next step on its ambitious growth journey, growing out a Manchester office – and you can be one of the first on the ground.

You’ll work directly with this expert on a caseload of clinical negligence-related Court of Protection files, supported by an assistant. In doing so, you’ll learn from the very best and grow your technical and commercial expertise exponentially.

The role has come about due to organic growth and the team is recruiting for several positions at the same time, including a Grade C Court of Protection Paralegal – so there would be the potential to bring a favoured assistant with you.

The team will continue to grow in size and stature, so there will be plenty of opportunities for progression in both the short- and long-term.
