PQE / Experience: Circa 5PQE +

Are you an experienced conveyancing solicitor with circa 5 years PQE looking to join an award-winning team legal firm?
Our client currently has an opportunity available for a Solicitor and a Team Leader based at their Manchester office. The role will involve managing, leading and motivating small teams of conveyancing case managers, paralegals and legal assistants, as well as managing your own caseload of files.
Both roles will be working with the department manager to support the residential property teams, and contribute towards the successful development of the department in line with the business plan to achieve agreed operational and financial targets.
Ideal Candidate Criteria:
- Circa 5PQE+ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
- Some managerial/team leadership experience is required for the Team Leader role.
- A strong team player
- An interest in taking part in marketing and business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills
