"Duane is professional, approachable, and friendly and establishes a personal rapport with you. You never feel that you are pestering, asking silly questions or taking up his time as he is always eager to help. I would highly recommend him."

– Megan Christie, Court of Protection Solicitor, Linder Myers (Metamorph Law Limited)

"Kelly's knowledge of the private client market on a local and national level was invaluable. She was approachable and open throughout the process and I would happily recommend Kelly to anyone considering their next career move."

– Helen Gott, Senior Associate, Shoosmiths

"I can highly recommend Duane and his team at Realm Recruit. I have dealt with a few recruiters but they were the most attentive and well-researched.

They genuinely care and go that extra mile to make sure they research the firm you are being interviewed at, they prepare you with the questions that are likely to be asked, help you with your CV and your replies to questions and they always keep in touch. The information pack they provided was also very useful.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to others."

– Kirsten Tomlinson, Associate Solicitor, Maguire Family Law

"I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough in regards to legal recruitment. His role was fundamental in me securing my current role, which is going incredibly well. Throughout the recruitment process, he kept me updated whilst also offering advice and support."

– Richard Kershaw, Conveyancing Paralegal, Hill & Co Solicitors

"Paula has been such a help during the transition into my new role. She always listens to what you need and makes sure everything is covered.

She has been such a friend during a stressful time in my career and I'm over the moon in my new position! Nothing is ever too much trouble for Paula! I'm hugely thankful to her and I would encourage anyone looking for a new chapter to have Paula alongside you all the way!"

– Emma Davies, Family Solicitor, Hall Smith Whittingham LLP
