We will use our expertise to guide you through the recruitment process, provide insight into market conditions, and do our utmost to steer you through the inevitably difficult parts of moving job. 

Be compliant with GDPR 

We will only retain your personal data if there’s a legal basis for us to do so. Your data will be stored securely in our Candidate Portal, which puts the power in your hands to easily manage your details. We will never send your CV or personal data to any of our clients without your express consent to do so. 

Prepare you for interview 

We’ll assist you in preparing for interviews by providing you with a copy of our interview guide, which covers the fundamentals of interviewing. We will also coach you to make sure you’re as well prepared as you can be and provide you with helpful information specific to the firm or the individuals who interview you.  

Support you through the resignation process 

Handing in your notice is one of the most difficult and obstacle-ridden parts of moving job; we will offer you advice and support to get through this stage. 

Address complaints diligently 

We will take complaints seriously by investigating them thoroughly and acting swiftly.
