Highly detailed and targeted service which gives you access to the entirety of the market, including those solicitors who aren't actively looking for a new role.  

 

What you get​

  • An assigned consultant who specialises exclusively in recruiting within the practice area you’re looking to hire in, as well as in search & selection assignments  
  • A well-researched long list of potential target candidates within 5 working days of sign-off  
  • An in-depth consultation with your consultant to work towards an agreed shortlist  
  • A comprehensive weekly update on progress  
  • Optional advertising across a range of online media; including legal industry-specific job sites and social media 

Cost

  • 22% of annual remuneration
  • 1/3 of the fee payable by way of upfront deposit (7 days payment)   
  • Remaining balance invoiced on the candidate commencing employment (30 days payment terms)
  • Rebate schedule over a 12-week sliding scale
