What did you do before joining Realm?

I was a commercial litigator at a regional firm. Given my legal background, it seemed natural that my focus as a recruiter would be in litigation.

What is the reason you joined Realm and why do you enjoy your role?

For me, the move from lawyer to legal recruiter came quite late into my legal career. Recruitment is so rewarding and gives me a great deal of job satisfaction. I love working with my colleagues and we’re a really supportive team. I’m also a big fan of the flexibility that Realm offers in terms of working arrangements, which allows me to have the freedom to manage my own time and provides a much healthier work-life balance.
