Unhappy with the scattergun approach of some recruiters, we set up Realm in 2015 to offer something different. Over the last 5 years, we’ve grown from a team of two to a team of 17, comprising a core group of dedicated recruitment consultants, an in-house marketing team, a devoted office manager and an enthusiastic administration executive.

On a day-to-day basis, we work hard to deliver a personal and tailored recruitment service. We’re truly passionate about the people we work with and are committed to developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships with both lawyers and law firms.
