Are you a junior legal professional looking to gain experience in high-value, complex claims? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading Complex Disease Litigation Department in Rochdale, supporting the resolution of Industrial Disease and CIC claims across fast- and multi-track matters.
You’ll assist a Lead File Handler on a caseload that includes NIHL, HAVS, CTS, and WRULDs, as well as RTA claims involving hearing loss and psychological or neurological injury. The role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their litigation knowledge, grow in a supportive environment, and take the next step in their legal career.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience handling legal claims (pre-lit or litigated)
- Understanding of litigation process and procedural compliance
- Comfortable taking instruction and collaborating within a team
- Motivated, detail-oriented and eager to progress
- Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
