Assistant Serious Injury Solicitor
- Work on life-changing serious injury cases with a strong rehab-focused approach
- Blend of your own caseload + high-value work alongside senior specialists
- Hybrid working, wellbeing-focused culture and genuine long-term progression
This is a role where the work goes beyond the legal side.
You’ll be part of a serious injury team that focuses not just on compensation, but on helping clients rebuild their lives. The cases are complex and often sensitive, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and other life-changing claims, and the approach is centred around long-term outcomes, not quick settlements.
From early on, you’ll manage your own caseload while also supporting on more complex, high-value matters with senior lawyers. The balance gives you autonomy, but also exposure to cases that will accelerate your development. You’ll be involved in strategy, client contact and working with experts, not just progressing files in the background.
Over time, the role opens up further. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor more junior colleagues, contribute to team objectives and get involved in business development if that’s something you enjoy. Progression is structured, but not rigid, there’s room to grow based on how you perform.
The environment is collaborative and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing and support. It’s a team that takes the work seriously but recognises the importance of balance and flexibility.
