This is an excellent opportunity for a Care Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join a well-established, high-performing team that specialises in care and public law matters. You’ll manage a diverse caseload of care proceedings, legal aid work, and local authority cases, ensuring you have a steady flow of interesting and meaningful work.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) with care and legal aid experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in advocacy and a desire to join the Children Panel.
  • Essential: Strong case-handling skills and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Personality Fit: A team player with a sense of humour, no ego, and a collaborative, down-to-earth approach.
