As a Casualty Fee Earner, you will play a crucial part in the firm’s operations by efficiently managing a caseload of fast-track casualty claims from start to finish. Moreover, you will contribute to multi-track claims as necessary, underlining the significance of your position to both the team and your professional growth.

You will succeed in this role if you have experience of running a caseload and possess a solid understanding of liability assessment. Essential for this role is your background in an employer’s and public liability team, while previous experience with Defendant personal injury litigation or a claimant EL/PL background would be desirable but not essential. The firm is open to both qualified and non-qualified candidates but values litigation experience highly.
