This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to step into a busy, varied role within a thriving, well-respected firm.
You will manage a broad civil litigation caseload, including property disputes, breach of contract matters, and small claims debt recovery, working with a predominantly individual client base. Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor who:
- Essential: 3+ PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
- Essential: Strong technical knowledge and a track record of successfully handling a varied caseload.
- Essential: Excellent client care and negotiation skills.
- Desirable: Business development experience, including networking and sector events.
- Essential: A team player with the ability to work independently and manage case progression effectively.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary with bonus potential up to £6k per month.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service, plus birthday off and Christmas closure.
