This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a growing team in Chester at a firm that genuinely does things differently.

Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence
- Client-focused and empathetic, with the ability to support clients through difficult circumstances
- Commercially aware, with an interest in contributing to departmental growth
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Analytical, detail-focused and solutions-driven
- Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and ideas
- Positive, proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Confident using (or learning) case management systems (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied claimant clinical negligence caseload from initial instruction through to resolution (around 30–40 files)
- Advising clients clearly and compassionately on their rights and options
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports
- Building strong, trusting client relationships with exceptional levels of care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistently high standards
- Contributing ideas to the development and growth of the clinical negligence offering
- Taking part in marketing and profile-raising initiatives for the department
